- A user with a device issue calls a toll free number and one of our technicians diagnoses the problem. If software fixes are ruled out, we send out a new Windows phone, with the same configuration and applications the broken device had, for arrival the following morning.
- The user just inserts the broken device's SIM into the replacement device and goes through a simple restore process to get up and running.
- Using a pre-labeled packing box the user then ships the broken Windows phone to Enterprise Mobile. We manage the logistics and handle the shipping costs, regardless of whether the Windows Mobile is under warranty.
