iPhone and iPad Depot Service
When your users find that their iOS devices are not working, will they have to run find a store that can deal with their problem? Or would you prefer that they take advantage of a replacement process tailored to your corporate needs?
When you sign up for Enterprise Mobile's iPhone and iPad Depot Service, you give your users a convenient way to deal with an inoperable iOS device. With this service, users will no longer have to travel to a store to have their iPhones or iPads serviced. Instead, they will have a straightforward, streamlined way to get a replacement device (from the stock of your corporate devices we will store for you) and minimize your users' downtime.
Here's how our Depot Service for iPhone and iPad works:
- A user who experiences an issue with the device calls our support team, and one of our technicians diagnoses the problem. If software fixes are ruled out, we send out a new iPhone or iPad, with the same configuration and applications the broken device had, for arrival the morning of the following business day.
- The user just inserts the broken device's SIM chip into the replacement device and goes through a simple restore process to get up and running.
- Using a pre-labeled packing box, the user then ships the broken iPhone or iPad to Enterprise Mobile. We manage the logistics and handle the shipping costs for the return.
Not only do we understand the iOS technology, we also appreciate how much your users rely on the iPhone or iPad to perform their jobs. To minimize their downtime, we help them avoid the inconvenience of dealing with broken devices themselves. We quickly respond when they report issues and diagnose them, without any argument.
Pricing - We can provide a fixed per-device, per-month charge to protect your installed base. Alternatively, you can pay on a per-transaction basis for any iOS device requiring Depot Service. Our iPhone and iPad Depot Service can be bundled into our iPhone and iPad Support Service and iPhone and iPad Deployment Services, on a per-device, per-month basis.
